The hotel was close to the airport- Ciampino, however, on our return to the hotel, the taxi driver told us he missunderstood that our Hotel name and Address is in Ciampino and drove us half way to Rome! He expected us to pay the full fare to Rome.

Nothing special - it was a visit to my mum who is in a rest home. Vitit the pizzeria "the civette sul como'" it is good. Albano, a nice village, is very close, and it is a short drive to Castel Gandolfo (lake) and Tor Vaianica (beach)

· This place is horrible! they have put old matres by the door in a room(pictures available ) with 4 more beds, and one bathroom outside the room for the whole entire place maybe 10 rooms with 5 beds in each and! ONE BATHROOM! the place was dirty, dark, and unwelcoming after they showed me the bed!! I refused to stay there and sleep on the floor! and they did not want to refund my $$$ !!! the price !! is the price of a 4-star Hotel! I left the place and stay elsewhere, please pay attention to the black thing on the floor ! which is an old mattress covered with back plastic! that's your bed to sleep on !! ( he was not allowing me to take pictures of the place ) it is also the fault protection of BOOKING.com! any whole in the wall they put on their website and people are losing the confidence on this booking sites because they do not deliver what they offer! so I look at other sites for my travel needs

Pavona is a suburb of Rome.

Pavona is a suburb of Rome. There's no point going to Pavona unless you want to find hotels cheaper than in the center of Rome. But a car is a must, otherwise it's very difficult to reach the center of Rome.

The owner is extremely kind and attentive without being...

The owner is extremely kind and attentive without being intrusive. The location is strategic, with a variety of shops nearby (train station, parking, bar, pastry shop, restaurant, and supermarket). The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and above all, well-heated. Highly recommended!
