The hotel Managers have given a lot of bonuses, such as upgraded rooms, free ski lockers, a free one day ski pass and a ski rent discount. The chefs were brilliant (worth Michelin). The overall experience was superb. Moreover the location is perfect as well, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the ski lifts to the mountain (just accross the road).
