A beautiful pearl in the heart of the town Pescia, located in Pestoia/ Toschany! This hotel used to be a paper factory which was transformed to a hotel. It is made like a residence village, super authentic and beautiful! Great pool and lovely green area. Staffs are lovely, all of them are just wonderful, helpful and stretching their capacity to get the hotel's works done and never miss their sweet smile even after a long day of work.

    Pescia is a quaint little town with all the modern and traditional facilities. Close to the autostrada and with a train station it is also excellent for other trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and beyond. Quite apart from traditional churches, museums, galleries and theatres in Pescia there are also local villages and towns such as Monte Carlo and Monteterme to enjoy. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and trattoria to explore.

    Interesting historic town divided by the Fume Pescia.

    Interesting historic town divided by the Fume Pescia. Lively market on Saturday morning and Locanda Sotto i Portici restaurant is highly recommended. Provides a good base for exploring N Tuscany, Lucca, Pisa and Florence all within an hour’s drive.

    Very nice and helpful host. Parking lot in apartment's object. Possibility to use a pool. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortably feeling in whole apartment. Clean rooms, bathroom. Traditional style of furniture. Very lovely area of Tuscany. Possibility to taste homemade products (olives, wine) You can walk 30 minutes down to the Pescia from apartment through forest hike and 40 minutes up to the apartment from town. You can use also your car, to get to the town, but hike is very nice adventure.

    Completely enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The host is very friendly and helped me when I had questions about amenities or nearby activities. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location in Pescia is 10/10. Right beside La Baracchina for the best ice cream and nearby supermarkets. On saturday there was a lovely market, it’s a one minute walk away. Thanks again to the host for arranging this beautiful stay. I will be coming back!

    Dogs are very welcome and loved in this hotel! The staff is extremely friendly, you feel immediateky at home. Thanks especially to Lorenzo, he gave a lot of tipps and the evenings at the bar were very funny ! The hotel is fantastic, you cannot stop making photos :-), and the medical Thaimassage with Manid is obligatory, the best massage I ever had ! (I booked twice for 1.5 hours
