Beautiful B&B located in the old town of Piazza Armerina. We visited while the town was in the "red zone" due to covid so our experience was not completely normal. But the owners were extremely understanding and allowed us to bring food into the hotel to eat dinner since everything was closed for dine in. Nice breakfast in the morning. We loved the balcony in our room.

In the morning he kept me nice company in the breakfast and talked to each other and I learned some Italian words from him. Also, the breakfast was amazing!! Umberto gave you everything you could ever want to eat, I felt like a queen and I really loved the fresh fruits from his own garden! The view from the balcony upstairs is panoramic and so beautiful! If I will ever come back to Sicily and Piazza Armerina, Umberto’s B&B will be my first choice for sure!

The hosts at Xenia were very nice to us and understanding with some emergency we had upon arrival with our car. The apartment is located in the Main Street of Piazza Armerina in a very charming renovated building. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom is renovated and very nice. Everything was very clean and comfy and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again and longer.
