Great room with fresco artwork. very clean and large. Paola the owner was extremely helpful and provided transportation for us to Isola Maggiore and to Assisi. He is very knowledgeable about the area and history. A jolly host. All the other staff were friendly and kind.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Borgo Tre Rose from Thursday to Sunday and I must say that I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. We received a free upgrade and got a bedroom with a breathtaking view to the hills. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, the bathroom spacious and clean. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant and a a very complete breakfast buffet. Overall, I would highly recommend Borgo Tre Rose to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Tuscany with a lovely view. The staff, facilities, and location were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Everything clean, everything well kept and attention to details around the property. From the pool you can see the surrounding hills and the Trasimeno lake. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Very kind staff. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the area. You will regret for not staying longer :).

So many wonderful things to say! Firstly, Luigi (the owner) is the best host we’ve ever encountered. He was welcoming, kind and a great person to talk to. Breakfasts were great. Location is great! 5 minutes to the beach/restaurants on the beach/ferry dock and a quick walk to the tourist-walking-zone area. The suite had ample room, a kitchen and a big bathroom.

It was a very lovely family owned hotel. The host was extraordinary gracious from helping us take our bikes into his office and making us feel welcome. The breakfast the next morning was bountiful and provided a great selection.

Beautifully appointed clean property. Lots of parking, easy to locate. There is a beautiful pool, sauna, steam and salt rooms. The breakfast was lovely and our dinner there was delicious.

Great location and view from the room. Staff was super nice. You do have to enter from the restaurant initially, which was a little awkward while carrying bags and everything. But a nice stay all around.
