This lovely and well-maintained hotel is set right in the postcard-like landscape of Tuscany. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally warm and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. A delicious breakfast was included, and we also enjoyed a tasty dinner from a rich and reasonably priced menu offered on-site. The convenient on-site parking was another great plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region!

The front desk clerk, Melania, was genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I have encountered in my travels in Italy. She was informative, accommodating, and went out of her way to make my stay special. The room was comfortable and large, the bathroom immaculate, and hotel parking was easy. I didn't have breakfast, though a limited meu is available at the main hotel, and a buffet breakfast is available at a partner property. The location was close to many of the surrounding towns I wanted to visit, and Poggibonsi itself was fun to explore.

Air conditioning was turned off by the director and room was 26-27 throughout evening. The balcony door was only source air and not able to engage a partially secured opening. Bath fan very noisy.

Simone was so kind and hospitable! We arrived on a Sunday, no taxi in sight. We called Simone, and he offered to come get us and bring us to the B&B. We were given plenty of water for our stay, which is so appreciated after a long day of traveling. The room was just like the pictures. Great AC, nice bathroom, large flat-screen with Netflix, YouTube ready, which was great after 2 weeks of no TV. The bed was comfortable, even the pillows. There were fast speed USB charge ports at the bedside. We enjoyed an abundant breakfast, Simone even crafted us cappuccino. Simone offered a ride to the train station. Simone really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Poggibonsi. Thank you so much, Simone!!

    The apartement was even nicer than pictures.

    The apartement was even nicer than pictures. There was oil and a bit of vinegar as well as salt and pepper. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities. The pool looked really nice but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Check in was easy even though we arrived very late at night. Same for the check out.

    Poggibonsi and its surrounding areas offer a delightful Tuscan experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend a visit for its strategic location for exploring Tuscany, rich history and culture, Chianti wine region, beautiful scenery, and relaxed atmosphere, providing an excellent choice for an Italian getaway.

    I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is.

    I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. Much bombed during WWII it still has some historic buildings in the town and in the surroundings including the archeological park, It has good public transport connections and is within easy reach of the spectacular and touristy town of San Gimignano by bus and other places such as the less developed Colle Val d'Elsa.

    Great location to make as a base for a few days in Tuscany. Loads of places to drive to everyday. Can drive and park at train station to places like Cinque Terre and Florence instead of driving to these places which will be a nightmare

    If you come for a short holiday, maybe you can find a better...

    If you come for a short holiday, maybe you can find a better place. Poggibonsi is not actually bad, but it does have a good non-European population which may not seem like 'real Italy' for you. The town seems a bit run down and dusty so not the ideal place for a vacation. It's the kind of place that shows you clearly that in 30 years the Italian population there will disappear. Otherwise, the place is acceptable and you can access any major landmark from Tuscany fast, with a car of course.

    The hotel is very well situated and it is in reality a lot nicer than it looks on the Booking.com description & photo's. OK, it's up for some renewal here and there but nothing to complain about. ALL the personal is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I need to use the word 'awesome'. I'm a frequent traveler and such enthusiasm and customer kindness is striking (eclatante) ! The beds are really good. The breakfast is a feast.

    Really nice hotel hidden away in the quiet countryside, yet super close to everything you want to reach. We had an amazing view from the wedding suite and the breakfast was so delicious and large we couldn’t finish it.
