Very kind staff who were patient enough to let us try some basic Italian and skilled enough to switch to other languages (dankeschön). We were provided a wonderful room with view on the square. The parking space nearby was spacious (except for the narrow entrance which could be awkward for some as reported in other comments). The town is very cosy and lively and the setting in the valley is beautiful.
