From the moment we arrived, we were embraced with the warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always greeted us with warm smiles. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lenny, Gemma, Eva, Fabio, and the other wonderful staff members whose names we can't recall. Their hospitality made our stay incredibly special. We genuinely felt at home, and we are deeply grateful for the impeccable service and care provided by everyone at the hotel.

The cleanliness is excellent, and I’m very particular about that. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The restaurant menu is delicious—I tried most of the dishes during my stay. Chef Ahmed is world-class, and his dishes are outstanding. Finally, the hotel is located inside the castle, and the security is top-notch. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

We really LOVED our stay at Il Fedino! Our room was stunning- right out of a fairytale! The staff was so friendly, the views were gorgeous, and the breakfast went above and beyond- it was vast and delicious, with traditional Tuscan foods made locally. We can't wait to return!

The most amazing and enchanting property. We absolutely loved it our stay at Castello Del Nero. This is definitely a five star experience. The staff are incredible and their attention to their guests is quite unbelievable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were staying in a guest house. The food was also amazing!

The villa was lovely. Our room was spacious, charming, and clean. The outdoor area, with the beautiful pool and garden, was peaceful, and the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and dinner at the hotel was truly excellent. Every meal was full of flavor. We ended up dining there two times and enjoyed it every time. Anthony and Paola, who run the place, were wonderful hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, and their kindness truly made our stay special. We were given the best tips on things to see and explore. The rest of the staff were also incredibly skilled and professional. We’ve never experienced such a high standard of cleanliness anywhere else. We had a fantastic time and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway. There is so much more we could say, but this is a place you simply have to experience for yourself. We are already missing the place (and the people) and will definitely be back. Big hugs from Norway!
