The property is located in the small village of Acquapendente. That would allow you to stay nearby Bolsena lake and all its small medieval villages around it, in the Italian Umbria region. The breakfast was great with plenty of high-quality bio products coming from local farms / small shops. They also keep an eye to sustainability with little to no plastic waste whenever possible and plenty of recycling bins around the building. The terrace was just amazing where we would eat something at their restaurant by such a stunning view on the hills and cozy vibes at sunset, all with an honest price. The staff was kind and made us feel welcome. Cleanliness was just perfect

This was honestly one of the best stays of our trip. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming, and the apartment had such a cozy, homely feel. The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was spotless , probably the cleanest stay we had in all of Tuscany. We felt really well taken care of and would come back in a heartbeat.
