The hotel is run by extremely friendly and very helpful hosts. It is well decorated, well equipped and smells very good. Breakfast is excellent. The location is also very nice, we had a room with a terrasse and view on the port which was very relaxed.

What an exceptional hotel! The staff were the kindest most generous people, who went out of their way to accommodate us, including arranging an express laundry service (back the same day, perfectly folded!), a service car to drop us at the train station from the hotel (and also offered us pick up from the station upon our arrival), bringing warmed milk to our room for a cup of tea, and had endless local tips on restaurants, the best way to get to the Cinque Terre and best kept secrets to see. The hotel itself was immaculate, clean, and quite, with an astounding rooftop sun deck and bar. The staff gave us the best room in the hotel, which was an apparent free upgrade, the top middle room with a double balcony. We couldn’t imagine a better stay, we just wished we booked for longer. Thank you to the beautiful team, Rodolfo our delightful waiter with his Australian stories, and Joel our lovely host. Thank you!

The room had a beautiful view of the sea and was tidy, big and really clean. Oreste was really friendly, warm and professional. Great breakfast and great tips for how to get the best from the village and our trip in Liguria. Would certainly recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel! The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were constantly surprised by all the lovely little touches and the amazing attention to detail throughout our stay. It really felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. Very welcoming and helpful staff! Upon arrival to our room, we had a weird whistling sound coming from the bathroom (evacuation problem). When we highlighted this at the reception, they changed our room straight away 🙂 The rooftop is amazing as we were able to have a drink at night and a lovely sunny breakfast in the morning next day! Keep it up!
