Amazing place with a soul. The place is on a hill - you need a good car to get there - if you're a bit afraid - it's better to go during the day. We spent 2 nights there - it was not enough. We had a great room with a comfortable bed, a large terrace with a great view. The apartment is beautifully furnished because the owner and his wife are artists. Delicious breakfast in the morning and wine on the terrace in the evening. A fabulous place.

The place is very charming and have a very nice atmosphere. It is a group of houses in a tiny village on the hill. The owner have installed many terrasses with cozy lights for the night. The owner is also very kind and they gave us many advises to visit the area.

If you’re looking for something out of ordinary, calm, and quiet - that’s it. Dino is one of kindest hosts that I know - he went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. When we arrived, he greeted us with a big plate of food and wine, and we chatted with him and with another guest in the kitchen. He gave us multiple tips for transport/ferries to Cinque Terre and around, even though he doesn’t speak English - he does a really great job using Google Translate. one night Dino threw a big dinner for all the guests in the garden, brought plenty of wine, made homemade potatoes. He’s incredibly nice - made sure we have everything we need for breakfast, asked what vegan products I needed. Our room was cute, with the terrace overlooking mountains. Lights on the terrace made this place special - from the terrace we saw stars and milky way clearly. We’d recommend staying at Dino’s - this place has a unique “home” feel.

The location was in the mountains 10 minutes out of La Spezia, in a village with 40 people. The house was 400 years old. Very rustic! Alberto was a most gracious host, warm and friendly. Wonderful, quiet place to stay while visiting the Cinque Terre region!!

Everything in the house is as described and the host (Gian Paolo) knows all the best spots in and around La Spezia. We also didn't have a car and he very graciously helped us by driving us to the train stations or bus stations when needed. The location is somewhat far away from La Spezia but there is public transport available and the site has recently become a UNESCO world heritage site so it is a very beautiful and - at the time of writing - undiscovered hidden gem of a location. All in all, it was a brilliant stay and I could heartily recommend it to anyone!
