The pool area is fabulous, as are the views. The food in the offsite restaurant is good and good value.
There is great peace at the Residence.
Breakfast was adequate and therefore good value. Staff were nice. Wifi was good, considering the location.
The Therme & Mill Springs are close by. Definitely worth going to the Mill Springs for dawn, when there are few people. Later in the day it is so crowded as to negate any joy in going.
This small, charming hotel is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, just 9 km from the thermal spas of Terme di Saturnia and the Saturnia Golf Club.

Hosts Angela and Enrico were very welcoming and informative. We opted to have the meals during our stay, they were superb and Angela took time to explain what was in the food, so were learned quite a lot. So as well as enjoying Enrico's excellent cooking, we came away with some tips!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay. Delia was so welcoming and the traditional Italian breakfast overlooking their beautiful farm was just outstanding. Spelt crackers are my favourite. This is a very special place, away from the crowds, 10min walk into the village with great restaurants. This is not a multi storey hotel so if you want someone to open your door and expect to be waited on then don’t come here. It is a beautiful, authentic farm and the hosts welcome you into their home.
The thermal park was worth spending a day there and the natural thermal springs is very picturesque especially at sunrise.
Located in the spa town of Saturnia, Tellus Saturnia offers a terrace, shared lounge and accommodation with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free throughout.

The property is extremely clean and very quaint.
The house is historical and was refurbished 10 years ago strictly following the model of old drawings and pictures of late 1800s/early 1900s.
The rustic wood beams, tiles, fire place windows with shutters - every single detail ! Perfect for anybody wanting to experience the full essence of Tuscany. Fulvio was extremely kind, helpful and polite making us as feel so welcome! He’s the best host I have ever met! He was willing to look after our dog while went to the hot springs and very flexible with check in and check out. He waited for us every single day even on Xmas eve, Xmas and Boxing Day!
