The hotel is close to many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

    Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The history, culture and architecture are amazing. Fabulous restaurants, excellent food and very friendly people who understand the Irish sense of humour and can have a laugh. We were only ten minutes walk from the Termini station and several of the attractions. Just be advised that the area around the Termini station isn't the best, so be vigilant, especially if its dark. Pickpockets are rampant.

    One of the great must-see cities in the world, great for food, sightseeing and even to relax. If possible, avoid the summer months when the city gets extremely crowded and there are long lines for most of the attractions.

    Rome is the most amazing city to visit.

    Rome is the most amazing city to visit. There is so much to do and see there. Every corner you turn there is something amazing to see, buildings, artists, shops, churches, restaurants, markets, and many more wonderful sights ❤️ Rome is easy to get around, there are open top buses, metros, buses, walking, taxis. I would book tickets for places to visit prior to going over. Start out early and enjoy the sights at your pace, it can be very busy there. Check out prices for accommodation as they vary a lot and check the reviews. I would 100% return to Rome.

    I love history and this is definitely the place for that! Just note that if you schedule tours of the main attractions that you need to plan on 3-4 hours. There is a lot of walking and depending on the time of year you go (we were end of Aug/start of Sept), it's hot!

    Overcrowded and overpriced — it feels like the Italian government and the EU only care about squeezing money out of tourists. Every attraction is oversold, packed with people, and poorly managed. Even our local guide was frustrated with how things are run.

    The lift 😉 after lugging my suitcase up and down stairs for 5 weeks in air bnb's i appreciated the lift. The staff were excellent!! Absolutely lovely staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. Very professional and the hotel was just what I needed for my last few days in Italy.     This is an absolutely fantastic boutique hotel in Monti. It is located very conveniently in Rome and the rooms are gorgeous and a decent size for Italy. Above all however, the staff are absolutely amazing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It felt like they were welcoming us into their home, rather than a hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

    this is my first time go to rome eventhough I stayed in Italy for a one year. The location is very very good, it close to a lot of visiting palecs, you can go anywhere by foot. the staff were also very kind. By the way, the price is very cheap, I don't know why, actually I choose the hotel because of the cheap price, but when I arrived, it was over my expectation.
