This hotel has the best location. It is close to all the famous places in Rome, but in a comparatively quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to enjoy the city without the crowds and still be at a central location. The staff here are on a whole different level. A heartfelt shoutout to Soraya and Ebra for making our stay unforgettable. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail truly go above and beyond. It’s rare to find this level of customer service anywhere else. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view of the city, waking up in Rome never felt so good.

The hotel is in a gated area. We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

We came to Rome to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and the hotel offered us a bottle of champagne, this was very thoughtful. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The location is absolutely perfect and the hotel can arrange airport transfer in a very nice car for the same price as a taxi (no added service fee).

The ruins, atmosphere and overall vibe of Rome is fantastic.

The ruins, atmosphere and overall vibe of Rome is fantastic. Romantic (obviously), historic and beautiful. Some places very crowded so be vigilant of pickpockets and scammers - the guys at the colosseum are an absolute pest! NOTHING is ever free so don't believe them when they say it is. would recommend going off the beaten track to discover better prices and better atmosphere - eat where the locals eat! We did a tour in a vintage fiat 500 of all the major sites, booked via get your guide, and it was great. Amazing value for money - the guide was so knowledgeable and we went to all major sites - Colosseum, Palatine hill, the forum, Trevi fountain, the circus, churches, and piazza navona. Throught the same app we also booked to watch an opera performance which was just an hour long but so worth it - held in a church, and right around the corner from the forum and colosseum.

What’s not to like about Rome although we got ripped off by a taxi driver, a youngish, I say recently married & what seemed to be decent guy who brought us from the airport to central Rome he charged us €150 !! The actual fair was €158 on the clock, so shame on him, you know who you are !! Other than that what we saw of Rome was amazing. The Vatican City was breathtaking & adoration in St Peter’s. Such a beautiful place & experience. The amalfi coast was stunning. Think you’d need weeks to actually explore Rome properly. Will definitely be going back

Came to Rome to explore Ancient Rome and the Renaissance...

Came to Rome to explore Ancient Rome and the Renaissance period. A walking tour of Ancient Rome is highly recommended, but a trip inside the Colosseum should be avoided - there's nothing really to see. Instead, your time could be better spent avoiding the crowds and visiting the Museo Nationale Romano near Termini Station. Here you will find collections of Ancient Rome statuary, mosaics, and frescos that were unearthed around Rome, and reconstructed as they were found in Roman homes/villas. Spend time pondering the culture and people that created these works, in a crowd free museum, rather than being ushered thru the Colosseum like a herd of cattle. In the same way, the Vatican tour was quite a disappointment. Though the Vatican does have an extensive collection of Renaissance Art, you are quickly ushered through the museum with THOUSANDS of other people each day, with no time to reflect on the art - you spend more time trying to keep up with your guide than actually enjoying the art. Fortunately, we had a tour guide recommend we visit the Basilica di Santa Maria dei Popolo (Flamino Metro Stop). Here you will find works of Renaissance art 'In Situ' (Just as they were meant to be displayed) and not in a museum. Look for the light button in each chapel, to illuminate the art - a few chapels require a 1 or 2 Euro coin to illuminate the art. But again, the lack of crowds made for a greater chance to enjoy the art. And finally, take a day trip to Pompeii or Herculaneum. Here you will find the remains of the Ancient Roman civilization better preserved than anywhere in Rome.

Fabulous historic city where modern living sits nicely...

Fabulous historic city where modern living sits nicely beside its ancient past. Loved the vibrancy. Loved listening to the lilting language (wished I could speak it). I thought the prices in restaurants and bars was fair. I especially thought transport was cheap and varied. Hop on - Hop Off experience essential. Pre book some tours that allow you to skip queues. Will go back.

There is plenty to see and appreciate in Rome.

There is plenty to see and appreciate in Rome. However, if you the least bit limited in your movement - hip/knee/back pain...you should probably not go. I wish I would have done this trip 15 years ago when I could have walked and tolerated much more. Stairs everywhere, steep streets, uneven roads, even the buses that have HUGE steps to get in. I think I walked 5 miles or more every day and felt horrible at the end of the day. But I did it!! The Vatican was amazing, just never realized how large it was and how much walking any tour had. Do this city when it isn't hot - NOT the summer months!

Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The history, culture and architecture are amazing. Fabulous restaurants, excellent food and very friendly people who understand the Irish sense of humour and can have a laugh. We were only ten minutes walk from the Termini station and several of the attractions. Just be advised that the area around the Termini station isn't the best, so be vigilant, especially if its dark. Pickpockets are rampant.

The lift 😉 after lugging my suitcase up and down stairs for 5 weeks in air bnb's i appreciated the lift. The staff were excellent!! Absolutely lovely staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. Very professional and the hotel was just what I needed for my last few days in Italy. Easy walk to Vatican City and to major sites in Rome. I love that I could open the window in my room as well. I can't say enough about the staff. All lovely people 🥰

The location was perfect for me. It's my favorite part of Rome and the hotel is so convenient and easily accessible.. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I loved being able to have a cappucino made for me (rather than out of a machine like many other "included" breakfasts I've had in italy). Having a kettle in the room was a nice surprise as well. This will be my 'go to" hotel in Rome from now on!

It is the best hotel we had reserved in Italy. It’s high value for money. It was not only good location but also reasonable in price. It had great facilities and clean rooms. The staffs were very kind and enthusiastic. But we didn’t have breakfast because we forgot that our hotel bill included breakfast. I hope I can taste breakfast next time I go to Rome.
