The facility is nice and clean; Michele and his wife are very nice and hospitable people. They serve simple yet excellent meals (based on the local cuisine) both indoor and on the patio. This location is ideal as a starting point to visit the beautiful seaside and inland of Abruzzo, or as a place to stop on your way to southern Italy, Puglia in particular.

Very spacious house. High speed internet work well. Location is rural but 3 minute drive from shops and restaurants. The amazing Pescara River runs adjacent to the property and was a great place to cool off during the hot summer days. Mannopello Scalo was a very friendly little town, with a train station, public transit and right on the main highway leading from Rome to Pescara and down the coast. The grocery Loredana had wonderful fresh local produce, fruit and all the basic household needs. A very well situated home from which to explore greater Abruzzo.

This was once a single family home which is hard to believe. The grounds are very pretty and it is also a wellness resort. We had four families traveling together and we were able to visit with each other and have breakfast and sit and have drinks in the evening. We had two rooms - one for parents and one for the children. Ours had an extra twin bed which worked out well when one of our sons wanted to come in with us.

It was very conveniently located and the staff/owners are so pleasant. They have a great spread for breakfast which is included. It was located in the heart of everything and close to all forms of transportation.
