The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and pool, were excellent. My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco. The resort is beautifully located between the lake and the mountains, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view of Lake Lugano. We enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and a paddle on the lake, both of which were highlights of our trip. The food at the resort’s restaurants was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a romantic escape, and we’re looking forward to returning in the future!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

We travelled to Menaggio as part of our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better accommodation! The view of the lake and mountains from our room was incredible, the hotel was quiet and comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful (we encountered Sophia, Adina, Michele and Dimitri, all of whom were lovely). We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple for a relaxing getaway in a fantastic location! The hotel is quite high up and requires a lot of uphill walking so it is worth getting in contact with the hotel reception beforehand to arrange a pick up if you have a lot of baggage!
