The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

The suites themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and oriented to make the most of that stunning lakeside scenery. A standout feature was the breakfast service, available until 11:00 AM. The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. Whether you’re taking a quick dip in the pool or enjoying a moment in the sauna, you’re never far from those spectacular lake views. Overall, Aria Retreat & Spa is an idyllic escape for anyone looking to relax far from the bright lights and bustle of city life. If you value tranquility, impeccable service, and the luxury of waking up each day to postcard-worthy scenery, this retreat will not disappoint. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

Wonderful hotel! I was disappointed with Milan, there are a lot of visiting emigrants there. But this hotel in the mountains of Lake Como restored my faith in Italy! Great breakfast in the morning, charming restaurant right in the hotel with very tasty food. The room is clean and in good repair. The staff is the best. The hotel is located in the mountains, I recommend it
