The apartment was great: spacious, modern,clean and comfortable. I loved the location. It was really easy to get to via bus from the train station (bus stop right outside the apt.) It was also a pleasant walk back to the train station. It’s an easy walk to get to the center. So many shops and restaurants in the area. It was so, so hot in Bologna when I was there, but the air conditioning in the apartment was perfect. One afternoon I came home and had difficulty opening the door (you need to pull in toward you!) and the owner was super responsive and helpful. I recommend this apartment highly for a solo traveler or a couple.

How clean it was! The size was excellent. The staff from the owners to the housekeeper were wonderful. They gave you a five Euro coupon for breakfast.

Amazing location. Just within walking distance to Bologna Central station which has connection to airport monorail system.Also very close to Centre of Bologna.Very comfortable and clean apartment with coffee machine and kettle. And friendly reception especially Anna helped a lot.

Surprising quiet location given that it is next to a branch line railway station. There is gated parking in the courtyard. It's a bit out of the town centre: the best option seems to be a few minutes walk to the No 14 bus stop in Via Massarenti which for 2 euros drops you in the town centre. (often delayed and often crowded though). The apartment is modern and functional, rather than cosy. A few lamps would soften the atmosphere.But accommodation in Bologna is generally expensive, and this was a bit more affordable. We discovered belatedly that the cafe/patisserie near the bus stop is good for breakfast and much cheaper than in town.
