    San Benedetto del Tronto is overpriced of at least 30% moneys worth-value did not meet my expectancies. A special mention to the restaurant owners, do not con people into believing you have top quality materials when in reality you know you are not serving true genuine Italian food but prepared sauces and frozen fish. I did encounter 1 on 10 good restaurants which I did appreciate but still 30% overpriced for its worth value.

    San Benedetto is great for two or three nights if you want...

    San Benedetto is great for two or three nights if you want to relax on beach … keep in mind July august super busy…good restaurants need reservations … I believe what is a 4 star hotel is really 3 stars by standards of other hotels in Italy / Europe … but they have a fun evening scene … bike paths down a long promenade to ride is fun … if your not Italian you will feel like a tourist !!!

    Apartment was modern and functional.

    Apartment was modern and functional. Clean and in the centre of the town. Terrace on the side of the bedroom too small and on a busy pedestrianised road. Downfall, no free parking and if you arrive on a Friday morning there is a market, so even worse. But that's not a huge problem in my book. I would recommend it.

    I went during the off season so not so many people and the chalets on the beaches were closed, which I knew and which I expected so there was no disappointment there. The beaches are beautiful. The city center is quaint and there is a lot of activity in the evenings--people walking around, restaurants, bars, etc. The pier is lovely for walking along as well and there are several pedestrian paths that are along the sea. People are friendly and the food is fantastic!

    It was sublime I wish I could have stayed longer.

    It was sublime I wish I could have stayed longer. Clean area. The Lungomare was very nice and the white sand beaches. We watched kite surfers for a while and walked on the beach. There was also the possibility of renting bicycles and going on a promenade. They have bicycle pistes on the lungomare. A lot of restaurants to chose from too.

    It's a beautiful and cosy hotel, with great atmosphere, very nice and helfpful staff. Great location at lungomare, very clean room with a sea view, private parking, sun beds on the beach and bicycles included in the price. We did not plan a visit in San Benedetto, it was a spontanous decision and we could not find a better place to stay. Breakfasts rather typical Italian but some more central European options were also available. In total excellent, we would definitely go back !

    This is the best property you can find in San Benedetto del Tronto. On the outskirts of the city with peace and quiet panoramic view of the city and the sea, this stay is truly amazing for relaxing vacation. Pietro and Angelica are great hosts and they are doing their best to make you feel like home. The architecture of the Villa gives every guest a privacy, yet amazing views and a huge terrace. We will definitely get back here.

    I was very tired and stressed due to a long work cycle, but still, the desk people were kindly managing everything. The hotel was very clean, the cleaning lady was smiling, and the breakfast was great too. They gave me a bicycle for a few euros, and I moved up and down the beach avenue easily. Great swimming pool, air condo and fridge working pleanty of cold water daily.
