The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I also told her that I would be leaving for a train at 4:00am and she insisted that they would have a to-go breakfast ready for me before I left. And they did!

We had a room facing the back of the hotel with a nice view of the old town. Breakfast was outstanding (i.e., espresso, juices, pastries, delicious croissants, choice of breads to toast, jams, eggs and bacon was another choice), the hostess was very attentive and sweet, taking care of all the guests requests with grace.
