The location is amazing, and the vibe it conveys is an exception compared to the surrounding area. We were welcomed with a graceful and helpful attention at a very late check-in time, exceeding our expectations. The communication is easy, and the warm hospitality of Andrea, Alessandro, Fabio, Tessa, and all the staff is very appreciated. The pool is neat, sunny, and perfectly maintained daily, and the beach is just one of the many within walking distance, or a couple of minutes by car. Well recommended, on my fav list.

The beach facilities were excellent and the staff there were attentive and friendly. The breakfast staff were also great, and the coffee was very good, though the breakfast itself lacked variety and offered no hot options — surprising for a 4-star rated property. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to both the beach and local restaurants.

    We were there in the off-season and the beaches were pretty much closed up. It is a pretty town and would be fun to visit when there are more people around. During the season I imagine the place would be hopping!

    The villa was absolutely amazing, really comfortable with all appliances and items you would ever need on holidays. The views are spectacular! The patio super relaxing. We stayed in a couple of other places in San Felice and this is by far the best spot. Stefano, the host, is very communicative and helpful making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay.
