From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted. The surrounding villages, rolling hills, lush nature, and fragrant orange trees created a dreamlike backdrop that felt straight out of a painting. La Monastica is, without a doubt, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The resort is like a secret garden unfolding across different levels—each terrace revealing new corners of serenity, from elegant pools to peaceful towers and cozy nooks perfect for unwinding while taking in the breathtaking views. The staff—Michela, Elena, Paola, and the entire team—embody true hospitality. Their attentiveness, warmth, and kindness are something truly rare and unforgettable. They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. From the soothing massages to the jacuzzis enhanced with facial masks, every detail is crafted to melt away stress and wrap you in calm. The atmosphere is luxurious yet grounding—pure bliss. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The kind of dining experience you’ll tell stories about for years to come. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine. Every morning felt like a celebration—so fresh, so flavorful, so perfectly done. Truly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Visiting La Monastica was a dream come true. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful hotel. It started with the friendly host Lorenzo who not only gave us a detail tour of the amazing ground/facility but allowed us to check in early. The room is so spacious and graceful designed with the mix of Italian antique and contemporary art. The luxury is in the details and we loved the artistic toiletries. The view from the room is simply beautiful and Tuscan landscape. Although we did not have dinner in the hotel, the dinner setting is romantic and full of charm. To top all of this on the list is the laundry. We had been traveling the whole week all over Tuscany. So it was such a treat we got to do our laundry here. From an American who had lived in Europe before and had been to Tuscany 7 times, I am say this is one of our top choice of hotel.

The most beautiful place we have stayed at, we loved everything here, the amazing views, garden full of flowers, splendid room with painted ceiling , even the bathroom was pretty. Very good value for money and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location (10 min max by foot from all attractions), easily accessible by car (near highway) and 7 minutes by foot from train station which made it a perfect solution for us since we visited many places in Tuscany either by car or train. The room was very well equipped and comfy, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They helped us with many things (eg. advices regarding trains) and solved all our issues. The hotel also offers a dinner in their restaurant and there's a pool at the roof but we haven't tried it. They offer either private car parking for 8€ per night or a voucher to park anywhere in the city on public parking for 5€ per night. We chose the private one and it is in a closed yard (doors are being opened via pin) 50 meters from the hotel, with lots od trees so it's not in the sun. Also a space right in front of the entrance, where you can temporary leave your car to do check-in/check-out and carry your bags, is very convenient. If we decide to return to Montecatini (which is BTW the best place to stay if visiting Tuscany), we will be definitely staying at Boston again.
