The location is about half an hour from Volterra and about half an hour from San Geminiano. There is parking on site, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but the keys to the room were waiting on the counter.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable room and amenities. It has a restaurant in the first floor that locals go to for a nice dinner. All staff was very helpful, food at the restaurant was delicious. Also, excellent breakfast included.

Absolutely wonderful. Located on a hill between 20 to 45 minutes driving time from the most attractions of Tuscany but still in s peaceful area, among olive trees and vineyards. Very good breakfast, excellent people and a good restaurant, what else you need?

I walked in very tired from the Via Francigena and was greeted with warmth and compassion. The hostess offered me cold water and a soda and allowed me to recover before showing me to my room. This was a wonderful kindness! The bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty and very clean. The restaurant on property was full of local diners, a very good sign.

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We arrived early and they greeted us with warm focaccia and their delicious olive oil to thank us for our patience while they finished the cleaning. When asked to refer us to a tailor to shorten the sleeves of my father's new jacket, they not only found one but dropped it off and picked it up for us. When it rained during our stay, they texted us indoor attractions we could visit. So sweet and thoughtful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a very generous welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge, full of local products. This attention to detail continued with the high quality Tuscan soap, creme, shampoo, etc. as well as bath robes that were provided. Location is quiet in the countryside, convenient to visit Volterra and San Gimignano and local vineyards. Great value for money.
