We actually loved everything about it. Our host, Tonia, was really great! Readily available to answer any questions, and always very helpful. The place was actually much better than we anticipated from the pictures. I would definitely stay there again! It’s a great place! It is not as lively as other Southern Italian cities. It felt a bit like a town for the elderly and it reminded me of the movie 'Youth'. Though quiet, it could be exactly what you are looking for. We stayed at the Aurora Hotel recently, departing on 24th June . The visit was a wonderful experience.The warm friendly atmosphere and helpful staff made such a difference to our stay. We would like particularly to mention Isabella at reception for her help in everything we needed to know. Bagni Caicco is a beautiful place to enjoy the sea. The villa of late art director Carmelo Bene is an intriguing place. I suggest to move to Castro for eating. Driving from a village to another takes always longer than you could expect !Guest review byfernandoItaly
