Very good location in the down town. Amazing views over the bay and Corsica. But what really stood out was the kindness of the staff and of the owners. Kind at heart, how all hosts should be like. An exceptionally warm-hearted experience. I wish there was more than this review that we could offer. Grazie mille!

Bit of a surprise. Great location to the bus coming in from Porto Cervo and very easy walk to the ferry to Bonifacio, Corsica. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast included was fabulous - very fresh and lovely assortment. An easy walk to the old town for dinner. Really happy with staying here!

We only stayed one night on our way to Corsica. Will absolutely stay again when in the area. Very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Very attentive to dietary restrictions and had plenty of choices to accommodate restrictions. Great location. Loved the artwork and homey welcoming feeling from the decor.

    We have stayed in other very nice resorts and hotels with robust amenities throughout Sardinia and this was easily our favorite one. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. In addition to the hotel, we loved touring around Capo Testa and spent a lot of time in Santa Teresa which is a very charming town near the hotel. Next time we will spend more time at the beaches since an injury prevented us from navigating the rocky beach.

    Really liked this place.

    Really liked this place. We stayed 5 nights - could have done with about 2 more as there is lots to do. It is the perfect base in order to see and do lots of things in this region of Sardinia. Being an hour away from Olbia made it very convenient. We stayed near the centre of town and found it very easy to walk around. At night time there is a great atmospher and on two nights there was a live music concert which was very fun. There are lots of restaurants to chose from, our favourite was m&m - it does get busy so would reccomend booking. For day time activities, we did two beach days, one day we hired a boat and drove around all nearby islands, and another day we took the ferry to La Madelena. If we had more time we definetly would have done another beach day and also visited Corsica by ferry

    The town is very pretty with lovely colourful houses, lots of quaint shops & loads of restaurants. There is an evening market in the streets and a Thursday market in the morning. There are boat trips & a ferry to Corsica in the harbour area. The ferry to Corsica was the best day trip ever. The town was 10 out of 10, BUT we came for the beach but this beach you have to BOOK ONLINE 3 days in advance on an app. We arrived on Thursday so could not book till Friday morning at 8am for Monday. Had to set alarm every day for 8am to get online quick to book for each day we wanted to be on the beach after this. So you have to know in advance the days you will be in other towns or trips as you need to book and pay for your beach in advance. It costs 3.50 each & you have to buy a 6 euro beach mat as you cannot lie on the sand without the beach mat under your towel. Guards patrol the beach constantly checking under your towel for a mat. We discovered if we went to the beach at midday, the guards would let us onto the beach as people had left from the morning, we still had to pay 3.50 each. Such a shame about the beach being run this way as the town is beautiful.

    Lovely town, full of restaurants, nice beach close by, we had a car so could drive around the area, would recommend a visit to Capo Testa, nice walking and beach. If you have transport visit Magdalena with ferry. We had 7days here but 4 or 5 would be enough with car.

    Great holiday city, not too big and crowded, but still has everything you need like restaurants, shops, cafes. The beach in Santa Teresa is the most beautiful around (just make sure you book 3days in advance)

    The beach (Spiaggia Rema Bianca) is amazing, however, they charge an entry fee and you also need a mat underneath your towel. If you don't make your reservation in time, you may have to wait until other people leave the beach. It is also worth exploring the Maddalena Archipelago or Bonifacio (Corsica) and the islands nearby. There are several boat trips available leaving from the port. The island beaches in the area are breathtaking. In the town itself, there is a plethora of options for dining. Santa Teresa has its fair share of slopes, so plan your accommodation wisely to avoid marching uphill in the heat :)

    The hotel is situated perfect both regarding the fantastic beach and the center of the wonderfull town. The staff is so professionel and at the same time friendly. The hotel has it own parking site at the back of the hotel, which is so convient. Every day we got interesting tips of beaches and things to do. Very nice and considerate from Francesco, one of the family owners. And the breakfast is so good. Everything is fresh and almost homemade. Many kind regards to the mother in the family, Chiara, Whois reaponsable for the breakfast.

    Nice quiet hotel. Wonderful, very kind owner/personnel. Room was very nice and comfy, better than it looked at the photos. Doors should be changed. We had the detached bathroom but it was only 2 steps from the room and was not problem at all. It is in a quiet street, but only 5 minutes walk from the lively square. We ate delicious Sardinian dinner (and with -10%) in the restaurant that the owners recommended.

    The hotel is very clean, well located just in front a supermarket. The city is a 10min walk or 2min drive where you can find all the restaurants and business. All staff is very kind and attentive with the guests, really felt in a 5-star hotel with their tratment. Special thanks to the barman Riccardo that has very good drinks and is super nice!

    Very near the town centre - you can walk there. parking was easy too - you just park next to the hotel. It had all the facilities needed, less the kettle - same as most properties in the Mediterranean!😭 Great value for money. I would stay there again 😊

    Nice, friendly family run hotel close to the centre of town. Individually designed rooms, even down to a colour coordinated fridge, and all had small balconies with drying facilities. Good quality bedding and towels. Very good leisurely breakfast.
