We loved everything: the place and the flat and the hosts. We only regretted that we stayed only one night. Sant’Ambrogio is close not only to Sacre St. Michele, but also to Susa and Avigliana, two charming towns, and other places as well. We should stay two nights.

The property sits on a beautiful Lake. Giana, who is the hostess, is so friendly and accommodating and helped us with many restaurant recommendations, things to do, and even made a dinner reservation for us. This was our second stay and we will stay again in the future. The bed was extremely comfortable and the black out shades enabled us to sleep the afternoon we arrived from the US. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. The area is very quiet, which we really enjoyed. The place is only 15 minutes from Sacra di San Michele, and even closer to Avigliana’s historic center.

Our host was amazing! He was welcoming, hospitable, and interested in getting to know us. He say with us and another pair of guests for half an hour at breakfast to have a wonderful conversation getting to know each other. The breakfast was also DELICIOUS and the decor and feel of the room was incredible
