The property is well maintained with a nice garden and nice spaces for smokers and nonsmokers. You have everything you would need close to the Hotel Marzia like bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants. You also have parking spots if you’re driving a car. With cheap tickets that you can purchase in a nearby store, you can go to the historical center of Florence, spend the whole day walking as a tourist, come back at night and have a good sleep in a very clean and cozy room. If you wake up at the right time, you’ll be offered a nice breakfast with good coffee options and good enough food!

the room was spacious and quiet and the tv size was good. The Bathroom was moderate in size with great shower pressure. Happy see a blow dryer available. Wonderful front desk staff who told us where to eat authentic Italian food. Very helpful personnel. It was located in a quiet, residential street where we could take a bus to the metro.

Quiet, well equipped apartmen, nice neighbours, wi fi work perfectly. Host was extremely helpful and very friendly. Car was park two days at the front of the building (ree public parking). 10 to 15 minutes walk to Tram station. Highly recommended

    the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)

    My friends and I decided to book this attic for 2 nights and it completely exceeded our expectations. We first arrived at Firenze and then with a tramvia and a bus we reached the destination, in total only 25 mins. We found immediately at home at this warm and modern apartment, very comfortable and organised with everything you need to stay in. Lorenzo was a super host, precisive and with great communication. We definitively come back and suggest to friends. Thank you!

    Super friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to access from motorway for an overnight stay. Large room (for 4 people), solid furnishings and overall a very tidy place. Breakfast has nice local touches. Pool looked nice (did not use as closes at night). Easy to access Florence suburbs for dining etc. pet charge for cat with us was reasonable. Keeping the old olive press in display and a mini-museum around it a nice touch.

    Great location for us as we were visiting family in Scandicci - there is an easy tram connection to Firenze, but it is still about 30mn to city centre. Very nice, clean place, everything we need is available, very comfortable beds, nice neighborhood with supermarkets, parks for kids available nearby.
