The entire staff was exceptional. The following team members were very engaging, helpful and kind. Elisa & Martina at Reception. Federica, restaurant manager & Alessandro Garbaldi , the perfect martini making bartender. And the sweetest gentleman who delivered water to my room each evening, Taua. I know I have forgotten some names, but everyone on the team was fantastic. The made to order breakfast with a focus on traditional Ligurian dishes such as soft boil egg over creamy mashed potatoes. Yum!

This truly was a villa! Loved the history and the grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was wonderful and held on the terrace that had a beautiful view. We will definitely return should be find ourselves in Sanremo again!

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The balcony with a view was a plus. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, croissants. Service at the table was very good for coffee, cappuccino. We liked the small wastebasket at the table. Hôtel is close to restaurants, shops, bus and train station.

I was a little thrown off when I first arrived to my room, seeing as though I believe this was a former convent, but the place grew on me quickly! It is in a great location, close enough to walk to all you need, but far enough away to enjoy the serenity, peace, and quiet I was hoping for. If you’re traveling with a pet, there’s a garden area right outside the front door that is lovely. Pets aren’t allowed in the dining area, but the staff set us pet owners up in a comfy side room so that our dogs could still join us. And the breakfast - it was fabulous! One of my favorite parts about my stay here was waking up to the delicious smell of breakfast. Actually, my number one favorite thing about this hotel was the shower! I’m not joking when I say they had the very best water pressure I have ever experienced. I would return just for the shower! 😁
