From the receptionists to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind. Restaurant and breakfast were great with a lot of gluten free options. They offer the museum card to get access to all the city museums and other services. Excellent location, you can leave your car at the hotel and get everywhere on foot.

I chose the property mainly for the central location to visit both Trentino and Lake Garda, and with the Trento Card they provided it was very easy to use public transportation to get around. The friendly staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. Breakfast was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable facilities. I only used the pool once but it too was clean.

The room and cleanliness overpass the expectation. The breakfast was fine, it can have more things but for one day it was more than enough. I don't know if they own also the restaurant but the food was great there. And one small sugestion (we arrived late and the supermarket was close) : put a small glass of water in the room, 0.5l is ok.

No air conditioning. Despite air conditioning being noted no less than three times on the listing, there is certainly no air conditioning at this hotel. This was particularly appalling since I doubted air conditioning was available so called the property to confirm, was absolutely assured there was air conditioning, and that was the only reason I booked.
