It was perfect. It was one of our favorite places we stayed on the island. It was right on the beach. The view and the balcony were wonderful. The cleaning staff was great. We were very comfortable. The bar downstairs and the restaurant were great. The breakfast was large there was quite a variety to pick from. I would definitely recommend

We had a really good stay. The host was very nice and responsive, helped us with great recommendations and a flexible check-out. The property had all the amenities we needed and it was very clean. It looked even better than the pictures. The location was good too if you want to visit the beaches nearby and go to Palermo at night. Overall great experience, would definitely stay again!!

This property is an absolute gem right in the middle of Sferracavallo. We had an early morning flight from Palermo and took advantage of the proximity to the airport to stay here and enjoy the famous coastline and seafood it is known for. The house is extremely clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area to enjoy. Max was so professional and quick in his communication, and has taken care to be sure every single small detail in the house is up to the highest standards. Next time we hope to come back and stay longer!

Everything was perfect. Al of the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The ocean view from our room was gorgeous! Beautiful sunrises every day...Our stay was in December and the hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. The parking was secure. Breakfast was good.

I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

The quality/price ratio is adequate, and the location is excellent. For those who love the sea, this hotel is perfect, both for its beautiful sea views and its beaches. Those who enjoy seafood can do so at a reasonable price!

A lovely place with excellent restaurants.

A lovely place with excellent restaurants. An excellent base for visiting Palermo. A day ticket for public transport is inexpensive. We were there in April, meaning that despite the beautiful weather, swimming and the beach weren't yet an option.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour. The restaurants at the harbor are great. You're also right in Modello. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Palermo city center but still be close to the city, this is the perfect place.

Everything is quite neglected, the streets and sidewalks are in a state of disrepair, and some restaurants are outrageously overpriced. A very positive exception: Rosso Cavallo! Great food, excellent value for money, and very friendly staff. We ate dinner there three times.

Staff very welcoming. Communication with Irina was amazing which made everything so easy. Being able to message and get quick replies was perfect. She sorted out any minor things very quickly. Chose room with balcony and lovely watching the street and the sea but had to wrap up warm. It is well situated with station 10 mins walk away so could get to Palermo easily.

accommodation, although not located in the center of Palermo, is only about a 15–20 minute drive away. It is situated in a small fishing village, which turned out to be a blessing — I was able to discover wonderful homemade cuisine and meet warm, welcoming locals. For me, this was the greatest advantage of staying here.

The place is truly beautiful and very cosy. Our room was really nice, with our private balcony and terrace. Room gets cleaned everyday so it feels like you are in a hotel. Also, secure parking!
