Room exactly as described. Staff exceedingly helpful. Restaurant (great soup!) and café (pistachio cornetto! ) very reasonably priced. 20-min walk to Assisi walls. Sounds of chirping birds, light wind, scent of the woods and campfires. I could have stayed a week! Easy to make friends with fellow-travelrs and share lively conversation over good local wine. I will remember Fontemaggio fondly!
