I am from Australia and on my first visit to Italy in 2017, I and my husband stayed at II Castagneto. On our second visit to Italy, we made sure we stayed again. My first comment to my husband when we arrived was "it is like coming home". Julia is an exceptional host. The accommodation is absolutely clean and comfortable. Julia's home-baked goods and home-made jams send my husband into an eating frenzy they are so good. The views and environment provide you with an understanding of the beauty of the area and agriculture in Italy. On our next visit which will be to see south of Rome, we will take the time out of the journey to travel north and spend time at our adopted "Italian Home".

Everything was great. We got a bigger apartment than we booked and it had the best view on the garden and horses. Around the house there was plenty space in nature to walk the dogs. The host Loretta is great and gave her best to make us feel like home. She has a cute dog too. Breakfast was also great with a lot of options, everything you need. Flat was clean and well equipped.

    The hotel and the owner were both exceptional. I have travelled to Italy a few times before and was always satisfied with the hotels but this one exceeded all expectations. It is located in the countryside with a beautiful morning of the landscape. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, I do not think I will be staying in any other hotel in the future when visiting this part of Italy.

    The flat is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Alessandra and Patrick were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed - including vegetables from their garden! Teolo is a great location from which to discover the Veneto and the surrounding hills. We loved everything about our stay!
