The perfect little get-away location! So many things to do on the property - tennis, table-tennis, soccer, chickens, geese, pool table, games, etc. etc.! It was so nice to do laundry too! The accommodation was spacious, clean and the little details done made you feel at home away from home - the perfect stay in Italy! Carola was so personable, welcoming and gracious! Next time we are definitely staying longer!!

The breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs, and croisants. The location is in the center of town close to all cafes, markets, churches, restaurants. The best part were the amazing hosts who were kind, helpful, and took the time to talk with us.

The place is in a lovely old pretty historic city, really lovely host , no complaints at all. If you are coming here the navigator will send you through the old town which may not be legal at some times i would guess. When you arrive there is a fountain do no turn right there, go left on the church side and up the wall a bit which should be on your left as you drive, take the first turn and then it will bring you to the arch, the hotel is just there inside as its part of the city walls. The city is big enough so there is a good choice of places to eat but later in the evening We wanted a base to explore the region and this was perfect.

Set in the Tuscan countryside, Borgo Tre Rose is just outside Valiano and 25 minutes' drive from Montepulciano. It has 3 wineries, a tennis court and swimming pool overlooking the surrounding hills.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful. This historical property was built in the 12 Century and I was told was a village! Wait for the sunset and take lots of pics. Book their vineyard tour ahead. Breakfast was good - only scrambled eggs and hard boiled offered. I requested fresh ricotta which I received at no extra cost. Rooms are large suites with kitchen. One flight up stairs suites are too steep for older guests and kids - ask for ground level rooms.

Just 300 ft from Piazza della Repubblica, the Dolce Maria is in the medieval hill town of Cortona. It features free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and rustic yet elegant rooms with antique furnishings.

Beautifully appointed room with period furniture and modern bathroom There was a spiral staircase to the rooftop which offered a spectacular panoramic view of Camucia and the surrounding countryside. The family run restaurant prepared a delicious breakfast with homemade jams , bread, cakes and local meats. The hosts were very welcoming and generous. We had a reservation at a nearby restaurant, but on our next visit we would definitely choose the family restaurant as our first stop .

The staff were so friendly and full of suggestions and recommendations. We were toured around the property. It was very easy to get in and out and we felt safe and secure. It was only a 10 min drive to Cortona. The accommodations are very rustic charming old Italian style - we loved it. Felt very authentic and we were comfortable.

Located 1.2 mi from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside.
