Staff were excellent, very helpful, had a very good command of English. The hotel and grounds are absolutely charming. The Hotel is a 5 minute drive to Marco Polo Airport. The breakfast was very good, the staff recommended a local restaurant which was located a 5 minute walk away. The Pizzas we were served in this Restaurant were excellent and less than half the price of a similar Pizza in Venice.

Beautiful stay, the house was gorgeous and amenities were great. Although we only stayed for a night it was perfect. Comfortable for 3 adults , there was a sofa bed and one other bed. Small little town but extremely close to the airport which is what we needed. Host was also was super helpful in arranging transportation to the airport for us at 4am .

Maurizio was very nice to help us check in. He assisted us with the luggage too. He gave a a tour of the room and told us about coffee maker and sodas ,beer, and water in fridge. Nice treat. He also gave us idea for lunch and it was a 5 min walk. The room was comfortable and had 2 T.V.'s . Great wifi! Cool air. Fantastic water pressure for a great shower. I could not be more pleased. When I come to Venice again I would stay here for sure. Also thank you for having nice towels in the bathroom. Thanks again for everything.

Location is close to the airport and it is super clean. We had to catch a flight at 6:20am and we needed a place for five people and close to the airport. We assumed that it would be easy to get a taxi or Uber. But in Venice, that is not the case. The property Manager Lisa really helped us to schedule a taxi at 3:30. She called many places and tried her best to help us.

Close to the airport, great staff, a really nice modern renovated room and bathroom, very clean. Picked me up from the airport (I arrived before 7PM, which is the cut-off) and they were very flexible with everything I asked about. A good, simple breakfast.

    Although there wasn't a lot around the hotel it was in an ideal location for an overnight stay, within walking distance to the airport. The rooms were basic however the hotel was very clean. There was plenty of choice on the buffet style breakfast.

    The staff were 110%! The rooms were spotless and felt new. Lift facility for upper floors. The Restaurant was fantastic - service and food/drink were superb. Location is close to the airport - ideal for stopovers, and shuttle is cheap and flexible.
