Traveling with elderly family for a wedding, the Glam Boutique Hotel exceeded all our expectations, the rooms were equipped with all modern amenities one could wish, very clean and super comfortable. The bathrooms were a dream of design and comfort which was very important as we were traveling with our elderly parents. Simply everything about this hotel is superior, yet with a small boutique hotel feel. The staff was super friendly and even prepared a delicious breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for our flight. The location is also in very easy walking distance to the historic downtown with all its attractions, while the inside is quiet and tranquil. Monitored parking is available right across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to the beautiful city of Vicenza, with its charm and superior comfort level.

Location is spectacular. Very walkable area. No parking on premises and the garages close by are expensive €25/10 hours. You don’t need a car just getting around near the hotel area though and can walk from train station to hotel if you want. There are also a good amount of taxis nearby and the hotel was great to call one for us when needed. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was better than the standard cornetto and caffe you find at other hotels.

Loved the hotel and staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good. It only took a short walk to get to downtown and the bus station. My son is stationed in Vicenza and it was a great place to stay. I will be booking with them again when I come again to visit my son. Note: after I checked out, I dropped my passport right in front of the hotel. I didn’t realize it. When the employee at the hotel realized it, they called the cops to find me on the train to come get it. Luckily, the train had not left, the cops found me, had a cab waiting and I was able to get back to the hotel to get my passport and board the next train for the airport. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!
