First Class customer service at this amazing Hotel! From the first minute, everyone from the front desk manager, the manager, every single employee welcomed us and made a great effort to make our stay the best experience! We had a very pleasant stay, our room was big and very clean, we had an amazing breakfast while overlooking from the luxurious decorated lounge the port and the sea. Location of the hotel fairly close to the port was ideal as we were sailing to Greece the next day. Roughly half an hour walk from the station but a bus was available if required. Our room was excellent and a bonus was a free mini bar. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
