The location is wonderful and easy to reach by car. The rooftop patio is lovely (it was too windy for us to enjoy but on a nice day it would be great). The room darkening blinds are automatic. There is an elevator and lovely staff that prepare breakfast when you are ready. Parking is located on the street close to the front door. The location is walkable to all sites in the town. The artwork and decor of the room showcases Sardegna as well as the provided amenities in the fridge make it feel very welcoming. Although I will be adding a paragraph about things I didn't like, I would recommend this accommodation.

We loved everything! The hosts were AMAZING! They helped us out so much more than they had to- they truly went above and beyond for us. We felt so welcomed and they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The place was well stocked with everything you need and was a good space for an extended stay. Good location and street parking available. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Would stay here again!

The location is fabulous and the view second to none. You can walk to climbing, restaurants and shops easily. The unit was spotless and the host very helpful and quick to respond to questions. This is a great spot for a family or friends to stay.

Wow! What's not to love. Our room had an amazing terrace with great views. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was amazing. That one bedroom does have a steep set of stairs, but we loved the place. The entire space is obviously well loved and well cared for. The host was very generous and very helpful. The layout of the common area is great and the breakfast that was available was very good. It's a short walk (though a bit steep) into town. Simply wonderful

The unit is brand new and everything works perfectly. Everything was sparkling clean and it is very close to town. I loved my week there and exploring all of the little Hill towns. Daniella was so helpful the entire time I was there and we have become fast friends. There are several lovely little restaurants in town or nearby and the beaches are only 25 minutes away. The roads are windy and downhill and uphill but if you are an experienced driver you will not have any problem. Tortoli and Bari are the two Beaches that I visited. Tortoli has chairs and umbrellas that you can rent and a lovely restaurant right on the sea. Bari has an architectural site right on the beach but is a bit more rugged than Tortoli. The drive down the road to the apartment is very narrow and parking is very tight but that is true in most of this little town. I originally thought that this was an apartment unit but it is a private bedroom with a communal Living Space. This is ok but one should just be aware of that when booking because it does look like an apartment unit on the website. The bedroom is very large and has a private balcony which is lovely in the early morning and evening . The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room down very quickly The bathroom is one of the better bathrooms I have seen in Italy .Giancarlo and his sister Daniella could not be better hosts. Nothing really negative to report just some cautions.

I fell in love with Ulassai, but I also loved this house! The decorations, especially the tapestries made me want to know more about Ulassai's textile history. The house is located right next to Camuc, a museum dedicated to the artist Maria Lai (which I really enjoyed!). The town itself is gorgeous, with beautiful views and really friendly people. We also really enjoyed going to the local bar Il nuovo portico di Puddu Roberta! Our host Luigi was available online and was extremely helpful, surely a place I will visit again in the future!!

Superbly positioned hotel run by a very friendly, helpful and accomodating family. Facilities & services exactly as described, the breakfast set us up well for each day's hiking, and we felt overall was very good value for the price we paid for a 4 night stay.
