United StatesThe staff communicated very effectively as we came in after hours, having spent all day at the Cala Goloritze. It was a very happy discovery to find that Baunei was, in fact, one of the Blue Zone villages in Sardinia where Dan Buettner's series was filmed. The customer service was amazing, and the view from our Balcony and from Breakfast was incredible.

If you are up for hiking, the canyon hike starts right at the hotel's doorsteps. Also, the staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. They met us with open hands even though we arrived very late, and did not complain when we asked for some snacks after a long drive. The hotel facilities were good, clean and spacious rooms. The room is quite spacious and cozy. The staff is just beyond great! We arrived a lot later than expected (unfamiliar serpentines, with a rental car, in the dark: bad idea) and the whole time someone stayed and waited there for us, even though we were the only guests that night (not main season).
