Awesome hotel restaurant in the middle of the countryside. We used this as a stop in between destinations to wind down from all the busy locations filled with tourists. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We tried many options in the menu and everything was delicious. The room was immaculate with the latest technology. It's run by a family that does almost everything by themselves and live there as well. There was some trails in the nature and a river nearby and a little playground for our baby to play. It was perfect.

    Varsi is amazing, nestled in the Hills of Parma in the Emilia Romagna, it was just superb, Away from the hustle and bustle, it is a quite tranquil village. It's about 20 Minutes from the Fornovo Exit on the Motorway towards La Spezia and it is just magnificent. A River flows through, albeit mostly dry, in Varsi when you go down to the River there is enough water to relax, and even some sort of Beach Bar run by a Character. It is superb, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the real Italy.
