Location is good, within 10 minutes walk from Verona Porto Nuova and to city centre where most of the sights are situated. Place was quiet, clean and easily accessed with code. Bags can be stored after check out. Access to open terrace from the room was a bonus. Many eateries for meals within walking distance. Lady at the reception, Giorgio was very nice, friendly and provided tourist information about Verona. Easy to link up via WhatsApp. Great stay.

The whole place was new, but owner still kept the soul of the old city. The room is very big, clean and beautiful, with all the necessary facilities. And breakfast with beautiful garden was amazing. One of the best places I have ever been. 10/10

A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Verona. Emy was a brilliant host and the villa is magnificent. The breakfast is a delicious homemade feast and even catered for gluten-free. Pool was a refreshing option and the outdoor courtyard a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We often brought back a selection of local cheeses accompanied by a local bottle of wine and had a picturesque Italian evening.

Lovely large room. Delicious breakfast with fresh ripe pears, ripe bananas, good apples. Lots of good cereal choices, excellent croissants,and made -to-god order coffee including expresso coffee. Staff were very kind especially after all trains were cancelled due to a railroad strike, and kept our luggage when we had to wait another 4 hours for another train

The villa is very close to downtown, maybe a 10 min walk at best to points of interest and a few more to the Arena. The host was great, they don’t have a breakfast but provide free pastries, sweets and beverages instead. Room was great, clean and spacious. Lots of security access too. There’s a parking garage - very rare in Verona - just be careful as it’s very narrow (anything larger than a mid size sedan won’t fit).

The staff is very communicative and available to help. My arrival was just after the closing of the reception but I was able to do my check-in electronically and received very clear instructions on how to receive my key in the lockbox. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy while the beds and pillows extremely comfortable with quality linens. Before 7pm you can request what type of breakfast you would like to have delivered to your room the next morning. I was blown away by the lavish breakfast when it arrived. You can tell the staff puts a lot of pride in managing this property and taking good care of their guests. My room faced the courtyard and it was very quiet day and night. The location is very walkable and just outside of the busy area of Verona which I appreciated to be able to enjoy all of the highlights but have a lovely and quiet place to rest.

We loved the place!! The view from the restaurant was amazing! The room was huge and clean. The bed was really comfortable to rest and sleep. The buffet breakfast was also great and there was a lot of food selection. The staffs were nice, friendly and accomodating. They even helped me for my request. Thank you so much that we had our awesome stay in your place. We hope to come back here during summer or spring time. 😊

There is the dog's little park kust about 200-250m North from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The underground parking (which is also included in the price) is spacious and has the easy drive in/out. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is located about 25-30 minutes walk from the Arena (the historic heart of Verona).

    Very friendly stuff. The breakfast was very good - fresh and big diversity. The hotel is really pet friendly. We just missed some green area for our dog. The building has some oldscool flair, but it met our tatste. Also the location was very good - a few minutes walk away from the old town. All in all we can truly recommend.

    the location is great its near to Porta Nuova train station 10 min by walk. also near to center around 20 min by walk. the thing that i really appreciated was the service for my dog. they give you a necessary kit for your pet and they have also a dog area. Pet friendly hotel which i would definitely recommend to someone traveling with their pet. Breakfast also very good.
