The property is very safe and secure with parking right outside. The building is beautiful with a lovely court yard where you have breakfast. The rooms are huge with high ceilings and big bathroom. Breakfast is so great, so much food and you get to personally pick what you would like, I have food allergies and they adapted everything for me and went above and beyond with snacks for me. The owners of the hotel are so warm and friendly, they help me book restaurants/taxis.

The room was amazing, it comes with a hot tub with led lights!!! The shower is in the middle of the room, and there's no curtain, so that's something to consider. The mini fridge was fully stocked with drinks that came free of charge, which was a welcome surprise! The owners were exceptional. They were so accommodating. We went for a concert an hour and a half walk away, and the owners went above and beyond for us, giving us a lift to the concert and organising a lift home as well at 1am! They were so lovely and friendly (we communicated in italian the whole time). Breakfast was included and delicious. After our stay they gave us a lift to the station! We would definitely recommend this bnb!

Excellent facilities catered for everything we needed for our trips and having the pool to come back to was exceptional. Pool table to use at night and you can also have access to other sports facilities. Lovely staff fully recommend. On the edge of Galatina which had a lovely square with restaurants all around.

Not very impressed by this hotel.
The staff was very passive... not at all within Italian standards.
Breakfast was not up to Italian standards; we had to go to a bar for a decent coffee...
Spa services are NOT included in the price of the night, which makes this place a bit expensive for what it is compared with other accommodations in the same region.
The city is relatively small and was not very animated when we travelled (this was the end of April).
The only element we particularly enjoyed was the large and warm shower.
Other than that, nothing special about this place.

Spotless, very modern facilities, great restaurant for dining. Kind and professional staff. Very good value for money.
Zollino is a quite and cosy place. People are very friendly and helpfull. A man on the street who I have asked where I can bye fruit directed me to the shop. This was closed due to siesta. Lateron I saw him again with his girlfriend in the car and they stopped for me and gave me an apple and an banana. After a day or two one knows the staff in the supermarket. Although there is a train station, it is adwiseble to rent a car.
