This Ryokan was a great stop on our road trip. The room was beautiful and the service was outstanding. The chef even prepared special food to accommodate our dietary requirements, and the Onsen was beautiful and heightened our experience.

The service and the facility are amazing! We went in winter but they had great heating so not feeling cold at all! The barbecue and breakfast are wonderful with free coffee beans you can choose from to hand made your coffee from scratch. The staff are very polite and hospital, taking great care of us

A very lovely traditional ryokan with very warm and helpful staff. Inaka predominately caters to Japanese tourist so while there are a few english signs and pamphlets around, other than very simple English words one may struggle to communicate with staff in detail. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is prepared as a kiseki, both require prebooking. As it was off-season (plus post pandemic) during my visit a lot of local eateries around were also closed. Luckily there is a Family mart about a 10minute walk away in this small town where one can get some food and snacks to eat. The onsen was lovely and included both indoor and outdoor. One can also make bookings for a star gazing tour which is a feature of Achi which boasts spectacular night views given its location away from light pollution. There is also a small morning market selling food and other trinkets, best arrive early before 7:30am as things do sell out quick, especially the yummu locally made food.

1.4 miles from Achi Shrine Okumiya in Achi, Oyado Sansui provides accommodations with access to a hot spring bath, public bath, and open-air bath.

Old but well kept hotel...I would say retro japanese style:) Very comfortable futon sleeping. Nice Onsen- indoor and outdoor. Extremly friendly stuff.

Impecable service, both at reception and at the restaurant. The room was very comfortable, specially the bed. Everything was clean and cosy. Dinner and breakfast were not only tasty, but also complete hospitality experiences themselves. The onsen area was spacious and I found the temperature more confortable than other places that have piping hot water. The exterior onsen was a plus. The hotel had arranged a shuttle and ticket to Heavens Sonohara starry sky experience as I requested but ended up not going because of cloudy sky. I would definetly stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the perfect stay!
