The rooms are clean and modern, better than many other same tier hotels in Sapporo / Chitose. Great value for money. My favorite is the lounge and public bath on the second floor. Location is convenient, right beside the JR Station. If you're looking to explore Sapporo, this hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it's meant to be near the New chitose airport.

best location, very near to station. Initially I booked through booking.com and got a very good price that apparently I was not eligible for since I am not Japanese Resident. So the reception had to cancel my initial booking and switch it to direct booking instead. Which turns out the hotel has other better promo program for tourist who have flight ticket, we got 50% discount for 2 rooms, and voucher fpr shop and dining equal to 12K JPY for 4 people. I was soooooo luckyyy!! like getting the jackpot! on top of that they also provided free bath / onsen that me and my friends super enjoyed! inot forgot to mention Free shuttle bus to airport as well!! Really is the bestttttt hotel I experienced in Chitose!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking is great, the lot is quite big and easy to manuever and the staff provide a paper to put in the windshield at no cost. It's also very close to the airport.

Great breakfast. Great onsen. Main reason for us to book this hotel was the available free shuttle service to New Chitose airport, and that was very good and on time. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was surprisingly happen to be the most satisfying hotel experience during our entire trip in Japan!

If you’re here to ride niseko on a budget, this is the perfect place. I hope I can come back next January. Food on site for dinner. Plenty of bathrooms. Great dry room for your gear after you ride.

    Stay in Chitose too.

    Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

    Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

    It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

    Super convenient location, just 1 mins walk from the train station. Because I have to transit a morning flight, so I picked the nearest hotel with reasonable price. Chitose is closed to airport, 7 minutes by train and taxi to airport only cost around ¥1500 -2000. The hotel is clean, the size is good enough, the windows can be opened (that I like much). There are many restaurants around, walking around 10 mins. The breakfast is basic and ok...not to expect too much with this price.

    One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall).

    A great hotel for staying at before flying home. Friendly helpful staff on the front desk, and it was a huge bonus to have the lovely driver on the airport shuttle bus take care of my bike box so well :-) he even went to fetch me a trolley at the airport when we arrived - so kind!

    Good karrage place across the street and a 7-11 next door. Easy walk to Chitose station for access to the airport. I liked that there was a shower in the room and in the hall, helping alleviate crowding and preventing noise in the room.
