The location is unbeatable and the check-in/check-out time is pretty generous. Staff are professional and friendly and all our stay went smoothly. Even when we forgot airpods in the room, they found and kept them for us to pick up later without any problem.

Excellent staff, they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the Hiroshima Airport and were able to send our luggage with Yamato Transport to our next destination in Kyoto. Walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.
