I liked the hotel's concept of minimising waste and recycling. The amenities were all available for pick-up on the ground floor, so guests could collect whatever they needed for the amount they needed. The location was excellent, within a few minutes of walking from the Iida Station.

The hotel is a traditional style building with tatami floor rooms and a shared, public onsen-style bathhouse. There is a delicious and filling breakfast included and the staff were very kind to accommodate my partners pescatarian diet. The location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurant, bars, and the train station.

Comfortable, clean - best of all, it’s on a hilltop! The view was exhilarating, the morning breakfast was awesome, and the owners were extremely inviting and kind. The owner gave us an interesting presentation on the apple orchards as well.
