The room was spacious and had a great view of the surrounding city. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom with a big bathtub, I could actually straighten my legs out while sitting in it. Helpful staff and easy check-in and check out with free shuttle bus service to the airport. There is even a luggage storage area in the lobby with code locks for when you arrive early or have to check out but flight is later.

Location is near to Kansai airport, train station and Rinku premium outlet. Staffs were very nice. View from the room was breathtaking. Onsen, restaurant and so many vending machines inside the property. Robot check in was funny and my child enjoyed a lot. Really worth for the money

Far away from the usual standard, dull and boring business rooms, the perfectly managed Hatago Inn Kansai offers bright, pleasant and esthetically appealing rooms close to the airport. I had initially doubted whether I had made made the right choice by moving to yet another hotel before our long trip back, but it was so worth it! The room was much bigger than most of the other city hotels we'd stayed at and the bed so so comfy! The check-in and check out processes were super smooth and quick, the staff was helpful and there are also two convenience stores nearby for one more round of snacks and coffee. Once you're checked in, you can reserve the next day shuttle to the airport at the most convenient time and it took us 15 minutes to get to the airport. I'm very glad that, by choosing this hotel, we managed to sleep one hour more before our long flight!

    We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

    We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai.

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai. We stayed here a few days before, and a few days after Okinawa. Malls and restaurants are very close, but the overall city is not as busy as Osaka metro, making it a more peaceful stop along the way.

    We had a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and access to the onsen. My daughter especially loved the manga book wall in the quiet space next to the cafe and onsen. Clearer instructions for English speakers on the type of booking, eg. whether we got a Netflix password from the hotel, whether we had access to the robes, etiquette for first-time onsen users, would have been great, etc. The hotel was a short walk to the Rinku Town train station, which was very handy. Thank you!

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home.

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home. Big designer outlet and smaller ‘mall: with eateries and more everyday shops. All sited next to a beautiful, pebbly beach. Very relaxing last day in Japan. Very easy to get to by train.

    Loved the area.

    Loved the area. I would say is a little on the outskirts side of Osaka, however Rinku is just 1 train stop away and you still can walk around and soak in the beautiful and calming atmosphere of the authentic Japan neighbourhood! Food options I would say are a little limited, but then again, I do not think you should visit Izumi-Sano for the food, but for the environment and accommodation! Having a car would be very convenient too, as you can drive up to the city where Umeda and Dotonbori are located! Overall, Izumisano is a great place to stay and view in Japan!
