Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

The best accomodation in Hirafu,Niseko. The Hotel Management is outstanding in terms of catering their services to us as their Guests. We feel very welcome and the customer service is top-notch, warm and personable. From the time we arrived at the airport to sending us off upon check out. We greatly appreciated the free Sansui Hotel service shuttle. Truly one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had since they arranged everything for us including booking for restaurants, spa and they'd also gladly assisted us to where we could possibly visit some other places for sightseeing/day tours around Niseko.
