The staff were amazing and kind, always attentive and ready to help. We stayed in the cafe room, and it was spacious and well equipped with all of the modern necessities for a nice vacation stay. My friend and I highly recommend this place for business or pleasure travel.

✅ Access & location, really close to JR NishiKawaguchi, many affordable restaurants, supermarkets and konbinis around. We decided to cancel another and rebook this hotel due to this ✅ Bathtub & coffee machine in the room! Perfect! ✅ Even if we need no room cleaning, they still provide fresh towels, bathrobe and other amenities in a bag and put it in front of the room. ✅ Luggage storage. We could send and keep our luggage here (without charge) prior and between our stays. ✅ Breakfast is provided, though kinda practical (set on a tray per room)

Everything is very clean and high quality. Quite large rooms. Nice facilities for the price overall. Exceptionally friendly staff. Also loved the big lounge room. Only 2 minutes from the station. About 20 minutes to Ueno or Ikebukuro by train. Will definitely come back in the future!

Location is good, not too far away from the train station. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Laundry facilities are great. Vending machines has cup of noodles and snacks, something you never see at hotels. The usual cold drinks, however.
