My husband stayed here for 3 nights. He stayed at dormitory area and he was very satisfied with it. Also the staff in hotel were very helpful for everything. His SIM card had a problem during his stay, and he needed to be helped by them. The problem was SIM card and a staff gave him a router, it was very helpful. The reception desk staff member -Junko- went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, even finding an alternative restaurant (our chosen one was busy) and organised transportation for us.
