The room was huge and the bed was amazing. After spending a few days in Japan and sleeping on weird pillows that seemed to be filled with rice, this bed and pillow felt like heaven to me. The shuttle to the airport is a nice plus. The hotel had it’s own convenience store.

Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

Perfect location for pre flight shopping. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were quiet. It's nice to be able to check youself in and out. With a hot bath as well it is an excellent way to spend the night or two before a flight. There's an outlet mall and multiple shopping centers nearby. No complaints!
