All the facilities are ok for a Bussiness hotel. The amenities are standard for this type of hotels. The staff was very kind. The bus service to the airport is a plus.

The front office staff were extremely kind and helpful in assisting me when I needed to contact a doctor. They spent a lot of time finding a suitable clinic, then arranging a taxi for me to get there. Wonderful! The hotel location is first class - right next to a subway station between Hakata and the airport. Excellent breakfast!

I like that one of our 3 rooms was really spacious because we have a toddler travelling with us. The staff are also friendly. The place was quite near the main station or Hakata Station, probably around 8-10mins walk. It is also near big coin laundry shops, though the hotel have one but not for bulk or many clothes. The neighborhood is not a scary place to walk to even at night. There were free chocolates and lemon infused water for guests.

Property was really close to Hakata Station and there was a Winter Market going on as well at the same time. It was also close to shopping malls and other food areas. Staff were really lovely and assisted us with check in/out as well as helping us forward out luggage to our next stay. They were also very responsive on booking.com and got back to all my questions within 24 hours. I had an amazing time and would stay here again!!

Easy check-in, I was able to borrow an umbrella. Rooms are a bit older but still nice. Mini fridge, kettle/cups. Pyjamas and other amenities provided. Towels replaced every day. 10-minute walk to hakata station, close to multiple temples. Family mart on the corner.

I like the large bathroom. Especially the shower cream and shampoo that have a fresh scent.The hotel also has a self-service washing machine.

Rooms are really tiny but have everything and bed was for me perfect (not too hard or soft). The gown and slippers were handy for the onsen (bath house) on top floor and it was handy that the TV showed how busy it was. The baths are inside and outside and on the roof. I didn't take breakfast but the food in the restaurant in the evening was unexpected (offal) but really tasty. Check in and check out was simple. One tip is that there are two APA hotels right beside each other in case your booking can't be found. Learned that the hard way🤫.it's very handy for train station and airport line metro (150 m). The hotel does sway gently during an earthquake which is a bit disconcerting when you are not used to that being normal.

In a good location with many transport links nearby, there is a lift and the rooms are comfortable with a really nice deep bath! The staff were all friendly and helpful

The concept of the hotel is very interesting. The room not only has a sauna but also a huge jacuzzi. There are two 65 inch TVs in the room, and an ice-maker. There is also a pantry with free flow of wine, beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and food.
